While I began my career building websites, my curiosity about how technology could genuinely benefit people led me to grad school at DePaul University to study Human-Computer Interaction.
That experience was a turning point. I became captivated by user research and testing, and it fundamentally changed my approach to design. I firmly believe that creating effective technology isn't about asking people what they want, but about deeply understanding their needs. The true craft lies in interpreting human input in all its forms, and that's the real thrill and the key to building solutions that work.
